EMA’S COOKING SCHOOL

A place to share and experience through cooking. Its different from a school where fixed recipes are given. At my lesson, recipes are arranged according to the Cast (people/ ingredient/ weather) of the day. Every apple differs in sweetness and acid, peoples tastes differ and taste preference also changes by weather and mood. That is why my recipes are not fixed rather arranged together with the team. This way, when you go back home to remake the recipe for your family or can not find an ingredient listed in the recipe, you will know better how to arrange the recipe. Food style at my cookery is healthy California Cuisine. All classes are paired with wine as well.

①EMA’S AMERICAN KITCHEN (Bilingual)

American cuisine to me is a melting pot of global flavors. Its full of creativity as there is no rule as long as its yummy and represents the produces correctly. There are various cuisines in America, but I focus in California cuisine as I have lived in Napa and adore the food and wine pairing concept. Of course all of my classes are offered together with wines that enhance the menu.

②TASTE OF JAPAN (Private, Corporate)

I started this class as I wanted to share the beauty of Japanese Cuisine to expats and travelers in Japan. Today Japanese Cuisine is favored all around the world but there are not many places that teach Japanese Food. ③ FOOD PAIRING WITH WINE / SAKE(Bilingual)

My recipes are enhanced with both wine as sake as they are made simple with seasonal ingredients and often do not have sauces. My sauces are usually wine and sake that accompany my dishes.
