2.Melting Pot:
Melting Pot is a cuisine made by melting various cultures into one pot. It is a creation made by chefs who think global and respect cultures and origins. You just can not mix and match anything, you have to bring the best of ingredients and enhance it. So to be a Melting Pot chef you need to have a good palate. 4.Wine&Food Pairing:NEWS!:
Did you know there is a match with food and wine? I was suspicious myself until I lived Napa, where food and wine is naturally paired in every meal. Once you bump into this exciting experience you can not go with out it. Trust me, I’m hooked.
To share this in Tokyo, I have started a wine and food pairing class or say gathering in my small office in Uehara. There is no Cooking involved in this class but I will give the recipes and will talk you through the recipes during our meal. To hear everyone and share comments the class is limited to six students. For more information download schedule below. |
